Log-in and access the previously submitted SOQ via the link.

Change any information in the fillable fields that needs to be revised.

Delete and re-upload ALL attachments – even if they were not revised. This step must be completed because the system will not recognize previously uploaded attachments on a resubmission.

Save.

Resubmit.

If multiple SOQs are submitted on behalf of the same entity, only the last SOQ submission received prior to the deadline will be reviewed.
